Well we just got back from Nîmes and we trained with Luo De-Xiu, Dave Bolton, Matt Biss, Nick Cumber, Chris Dawson and Ollie Smith. The collective skill on offer was good and we also had a big birthday to celebrate! A sublime session of Stiky hands training upgrades our teaching for the new year!

4. Figure 8 walking and the smooth dragon changes
5. 2 hands to one!
6. Moving stake methods

 Again we will be looking at good footwork and smooth body movement.
